NetBSD5.0.1/i386 or amd64 vs. Realtek 8168B reases mac address

Hi,

I have a re0 here that the booted netbsd 5.0.1 claims to have 0:0:0:0:0:0 :

8168B/8111B PCIe Ethernet (rev 0x03)
Unknown revision (0x280000000)
Ethernet address 00:00:00:00:00:00
regephy0 at re0 phy 7: RTL8169S/8110S/8211
On a reboot, PXE sees 0:0:0:0:0:0, too.
powering off completely for several seconds helps.

Something we (or PXE?) do makes the MAC unaccessible.

This is both for i386 and amd64 install-type kernels.

(Note that this is after PXE netbooting. PXE itself does send
correct MAC via DHCP.)

I'll try to boot -current or via a different method later today, but
if this problem sounds familiar, I'd like to know what to try first.

Regards
        -is
