GSOC’23 Tickless NetBSD with high-resolution timers

This project looks interesting to me. I want to work on this and make the timer mechanism more precise. 

Currently I am a master's student at Virginia Tech with ongoing research in systems. I realise that I might be pretty late for this conversation, but I am staying hopeful for your response.
