	Hello.  It is probably not completely relevant in the NetBSD case, but
I wonder if it might be useful to know how other OS's do this sort of
thing, i.e. Solaris or Linux?  That doesn't mean you have to do it as they
do, but Solaris, for one, seems like it's solved a lot of these issues, and
perhaps it will offer up an idea you  can transfer to NetBSD?
