Hello.  I have a question.  Will these changes permit the hot plugging and
resetting of ATA drives and buses?  Maybe that's already in -current and
NetBSD-6, but in NetBSD-5, if you lose contact with a drive, it seems
impossible to reset the bus and reinitialize the drive.
