No.
It is probably quite difficult to tell (in newfs) so maybe defaulting
to 4k frags, 32k blocks might be an option for sufficiently large disks.

I recently changed fdisk (but not sysinst) to default to aligning partitions
on 1MB boundaries - rather than cylinder boundaries (for large disks).
