I've always found the pcictl(8) command interface a little strange and
have no objection to its enhencement.

As for Xen using it, is pcictl(8) the ideal interface?  I've noticed
drvctl(8)/drvctl(4) as well lately and heard that HAL uses it, that
might also be alternatives worth checking out...
