Generally this is OK, but please be careful to people doing
development on usb dtivers etc.
(In particular, seperate mechanical substitutions from
structural chenges.)

There is already too much nonsense in usb.h -- we should
keep hardware related definitions and implementation details
in different files.
Need to maintain compatibility for userland programs however...
