The above would get my vote as well but I would also like to suggest to
look at what other *BSD systems do. If we can get a more unified BSD
approach to the placement of those header files, the authors of the
linux specific applications may be more inclined to accept patches.
Maybe "firstname.lastname@example.org" mentioned in
