hello again,

do we currently have any devices that use the gentbi interface???  i'm 
wondering because as i looked through src/sys/dev/mii/mii_physubr.c i found 
no references to the 1000base-SX or other fiber-optic media types.  i wonder 
if the reason the gentbi devices does not attach to the gsip devices is that 
somehow this device is being called incorrectly.
