various updates for gcc 14 support.

m68k now builds properly without warnings, but it does not seem
to be very stable.  pkgsrc building libdb gets an ICE for me in
both qemu-virt68k and sun3-tme.

add virt68k.  fill in some mipsn64 blanks.

restore trailing $ for the rcsid.
