Explicitly probe CXD1180 SCSI chip for nono emulator.

nono doesn't implement SCSI (yet) so will get panic during
incorrect SCSI device probe ops.

Tested on both NWS-1750 (with SCSI) and nono 1.6.2 (no SCSI).
Worth to pullup to netbsd-11.
