make.1 clarify use of MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX

Note that MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX should be an absolute path.
Also that MAKEOBJDIRPREFIX and MAKEOBJDIR *can* be set
via makefile variables, but that care is needed to avoid
unwanted side effects.
