README.gcc12: Update m68* and i386

- m68*: Switched.
- i386: -march=i586 is no longer required for lib*san.
- i386: ATF successfully completes for official periodic tests.
        [19] was due to problems for my side; ATF completes for me on
        a newly-installed system.
