Pull up following revision(s) (requested by andvar in ticket #556):

        sys/arch/arm/imx/imx23_usb.c: revision 1.7

Fix imx23_usb_init() function declaration, it expects two parameters.

Fixes build for IMX23_OLINUXINO kernel config.
