Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #1422):

        sys/dev/rasops/rasops.h: revision 1.49

Fix "Alignment Fault 3" kernel failure of NetBSD/zaurus 8.1 GENERIC.
structure in header files could be problematic.
