Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1166):

        sys/arch/xen/xen/if_xennet_xenbus.c: revision 1.74

Don't call xennet_softstart from hard interrupt; schedule softint.

Fixes panic in bpf_mtap which expects to be called only in softint.
