Pull up following revision(s) (requested by sevan in ticket #1546):
        sys/arch/macppc/conf/GENERIC: revision 1.337 via patch
Without RADEONFB_ALWAYS_ACCEL_PUTCHAR, there are display issues on the
PowerBook5,2 (G4 FW-800)
Radeon 9600, where console is garbled.
