Log Message:
Add VFS_VNODE_PRIVATE protected operations vnalloc_marker() to create,
vnfree_marker() to destroy and vnis_marker() to test for marker vnodes.

Make operations vnalloc() and vnfree() local to vfs_vnode.c.
