Pull up following revision(s) (requested by msaitoh in ticket #1277):
        sys/dev/pci/if_wm.c: revision 1.312 via patch
        sys/dev/pci/if_wmreg.h: revision 1.66 via patch
- Initialize some hardware bits for 8257[1234], 82583, 80003, ICH* and PCH*.
  Some of them are workaround code. From other *BSDs, Linux and documents.
- Add comment.
- Fix typo in comment.
