Log Message:
Update netpgpverify to version 20141129

+ get rid of old libnetpgp-based source from /usr/src/crypto/external
tree, it's not been used in a while

+ enhancement to tiger.c (from apb, IIRC) to use the union rather than
dubious and probably unportable casts.

+ bump version number
