Log Message:
- Change ntfs_vgetex() to always load the ntnode and fnode.
- Take the vnode attributes from the NAME attribute.
- Remove now unused ntfs_times() and ntfs_filesize().
- Treat nodes without an unnamed DATA attribute as zero-sized regular files.
