Log Message:
Safer definitions of DPRINTF and DPRINTF_VERBOSE.

In the PUFFSDEBUG case, wrap do { ... } while (/*CONSTCOND*/0)
around the definitions.  In the non-PUFFSDEBUG case, define them
as ((void)0) instead of as empty.
