Pull up following revision(s) (requested by christos in ticket #122):
        lib/libc/stdio/printf.3: revision 1.64
        lib/libc/stdio/vsnprintf.c: revision 1.28
        lib/libc/stdio/vsnprintf_ss.c: revision 1.13
Return EOVERFLOW like FreeBSD does if the buffer size exceeds INT_MAX
(well FreeBSD documents INT_MAX + 1, but in the code it is INT_MAX).
