Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #602):
        sys/arch/sparc/dev/fd.c: revision 1.151
        sys/arch/sparc/sparc/memecc.c: revision 1.15
Fix device_t/softc split botches that could be fatal.  From
Chuck Silvers' patch posted current-users and tech-kern:

Should be pulled up to netbsd-6.
