Log Message:
Add PUFFS_KFLAG_CACHE_DOTDOT so that vnodes hold a reference on their
parent, keeping them active, and allowing to lookup .. without sending
a request to the filesystem.

Enable the featuure for perfused, as this is how FUSE works.
