Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #319):
        external/mit/xf86-video-intel/dist/src/i830.h: revision 1.3
Make xf86-video-intel driver work on Atom N455 + GMA3150 graphics chipset
by pulling the following change from upstream:

Should be pulled up to netbsd-6.
