Pull up following revision(s) (requested by cheusov in ticket #272):
        external/mit/libXfont/dist/src/bitmap/pcfread.c: revision 1.2
fix in libxfont:
   An uninitialized pointer causes a crash if pcf header is corrupted
   (upstream patch).
