Pull up following revision(s) (requested by martin in ticket #36):
        include/spawn.h: revision 1.4
        lib/libc/gen/posix_spawnp.c: revision 1.2
Use C++ compatible declaration for posix_spawn (instead of the C99 specific
posix one).
