Log Message:
Split syncicache functions into separate file: pmap_syncicache.
Support up to 1024 ASIDs.
Always use atomic ops for manipulating pm_shootdown_pending
Nuke PMAP_POOLPAGE_DEBUG
defparam MIPS_PAGE_SHIFT
Track colors of execpages.
