Log Message:
For debugging, use UVMHIST to create kernel histories pmaphist and
pmapexechist.  This replaces the old pmapdebug/PDB stuff.
In ddb, you can just use kernhist_dump(pmaphist) to view the history
or vmstat -H from userland.
