So, hi again, balloon(4). Merge with the current version:
- driver attaches to xenbus(4) (no compile time option anymore)
- max reservation hypercall is fixed
- sysctl(7) entries are now in KiB (like Xentools) rather than in number
of pages
- some more explanations.
