Pull up following revision(s) (requested by hauke in ticket #1412):
        sys/dev/sbus/spif.c: revision 1.19
Fix warning about missing initializer that showed up in sparc64
builds, but, strangely enough, not in sparc builds.
Relevant for netbsd-{4,5} release branches.
