Pull up following revision(s) (requested by nakayama in ticket #1216):
        share/man/man4/man4.sparc64/lom.4: revision 1.4
        sys/arch/sparc64/dev/lom.c: revision 1.5
Make fault LED and alarms status changeable via sysctl(8).
The sysctl entries are created under the hw.lomN MIB.
