Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #1030):
        sys/arch/xen/xen/xennetback_xenbus.c: revision 1.29 via patch
Announce feature-rx-copy and feature-rx-flip.
Add support for request-rx-copy. Tested with a Debian lenny install.
Should fix PR port-xen/40650
