Log Message:
rename a macro which is used to typecast constant strings from "U"
to "UC" -- there is a draft paper (ISO/IEC DTR 19769) which defines
that U"xxxx" is a UTF-32 literal, and gcc-4.4.1 implements this
with -std=gnu99
