Pull up following revision(s) (requested by ad in ticket #488):
        share/man/man4/ddb.4: revision 1.122
        sys/ddb/db_xxx.c: revision 1.55 via patch
Default 'show all procs' to /l. People tend to type 'ps' without modifiers
when providing information about deadlocks. Without the thread info it's
not very useful.
