Log Message:
Ignore line starting with # in Makefile.${arch}.  It might be valid make(1)
syntax to have a line that starts with # that is not comment, but well,
let's just say it's not valid syntax for Makefile.${arch}.

Breakage on a couple archs reported by he@.
