Pull up following revision(s) (requested by ad in ticket #344):
        sys/nfs/nfs_node.c: revision 1.108
        sys/nfs/nfsnode.h: revision 1.69
- Don't vput() a vnode that we do not hold locked.
- Eliminate one of the few remaining uses of LK_CANRECURSE.
