All use of rlim_t in the kernel needs to be reviewed,
RLIM_INFINITY changed and compatibility code added
which translates old RLIM_INFINITY into new and back.

I know - but it has been that way all the time.
It is right to make rlim_t unsigned, it just needs
to be done correctly.
