Pull up following revision(s) (requested by bouyer in ticket #128):
        sys/arch/i386/isa/npx.c: revision 1.133
npxsave_cpu() set ci_fpused so that the FPU will be disabled on next
context switch on Xen. Fix "npxintr: came from nowhere" kernel messages on
Xen/i386.
