Log Message:
Add ungencat(1) utility.  This command extracts messages from a message
catalog file created by gencat(1).  This can be useful for verifying
message catalogs and/or changes to gencat(1).  This utility is similar to
the dumpmsg(1) utility found in SCO and HP-UX.


To generate a diff of this commit:
