   remove unused definition of DEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE. OK by cube.


hmmm.. this is the backwards step that i'd rather take.

xfs-config.h and the rest of the generated but checked in files
are kind of a hack, and the Makefile definition of this one was
valid and correct if someone was to set X11ETCDIR.


is there a real bug this fixes?
