Pull up following revision(s) (requested by macallan in ticket #31):
        external/mit/xf86-video-wsfb/dist/src/wsfb_cursor.c: revision 1.1
        external/mit/xf86-video-wsfb/dist/src/wsfb.h: revision 1.1
        external/mit/xf86-video-wsfb/dist/src/wsfb_driver.c: revision 1.2
add hw cursor support and unbork shadow fb support.
TODO: find out how shadow fb is supposed to work in Xorg
