Pull up following revision(s) (requested by hannken in ticket #24):
        sys/dev/fss.c: revision 1.61
fss_bs_thread: initialize b_error and b_resid.
Before it was possible for fss reads to return bogus b_resid values
leading to "delta > 0" panics from physio().
