Pull up following revision(s) (requested by cliff in ticket #2):
        sys/arch/arm/gemini/obio_wdt.c: revision 1.2
in geminiwdt_attach, put watchdog device in known (disabled) state,
then register this driver with sysmon_wdog_register.
rip out temp debug stuff from bringup.
