Log Message:
Fix the device_t/softc split:  introduce etherip_softc.sc_dev and
initialize it.  Use sc_dev in etherip_clone_destroy() instead of
casting the softc to struct device *.

Remove gratuitous casts.  Use device_t and cfdata_t throughout.
