That wasn't my impression - various people have asked for
documentation, and policies backing this tool up, both before and
after the code was committed.

The only one who didn't agree with this was ...ummm... err... joerg.

Anyway, lack of documentation makes this tool useless - and that's a
pity, because it could be made to work quite well if a little time was
dedicated to documenting it.  If producing documentation is a problem,
I'd suggest that we try to find someone who can write documentation
with you, because I think this is an area in which we could do better.
