Thanks for writing this.
In manual page you have used the following term:

     psrset - control CPU sets

While manual actually describes "processor set", as in pset(3), the "CPU sets"
are described in cpuset(3). These two APIs are separate, and work differently.
I realise that "processor set" (Solaris, HP-UX) and "CPU set" (Linux, FreeBSD)
is confusing - but manual now mixes the things even more! :)

Could this be renamed?
