Log Message:
Do not reserve ISA bus space for npx@isa unless we hook IRQ 13,
which we ought to never do.  If we have not hooked IRQ 13, we do
not need any resources in npx_softc to handle numeric coprocessor
exceptions, so let npx@isa detach.
