Log Message:
Define init_main's main away to kernmain, and provide our own MD main entry
point. We do this since we don't have a proper bootloader, so we can
instead parse boot arguments here.

  $ ./netbsd -h
  -h: unknown flag
  usage: ./netbsd [-acdqsvx]
         (ex. "./netbsd -s")
